Welcome to the HQ's Grand Re-opening Tournament. The Hq was closed for updates and now we're back, so we're hosting a tourney! You must be a member of the site to join.


Ok so here are the rules:

1. When players are matched up, there will be 3 live stock brawls. Best out of 3 goes on to the next round.
Example: Joe wins the first brawl with 3 lives. Then bob wins. Then Joe wins. Joe advances to the next round.

2. No DCing or resetting. If your connection sucks its ok, but if a guy dc's or resets he will lose ONE of the three match ups.
Example: Joe declares a no contest. Joe wins the next game, and then Bob wins the last game. Bob advances to the next round

3. Taunting is allowed. BIG THING THOUGH: in case of an emergency, add a taunt that says something along the lines of ‘‘BRB’’ just incase you have to leave the room. If you have to go because of a bitchy parent I also suggest that you also put a ‘‘GTG’’ taunt. In this case, dcing or resetting is allowed. A taunt that I highly suggest putting in a situation like this is ‘‘BRB/GTG’’ this way the opponent knows that you either have to go or will be right back.

4. Although they are extremely cheap, suicidal moves are allowed.

5. No items are allowed in ANY of the match ups. If items are o n, simply declare a no contest and shut them off. in this case, you will not be penalized for using a no contest.

6. Any stage can be used accept the moving stages, such as delfino square,

7. 6 rooms for participants. This makes it easier to manage.

8. You must have an active account on the HQ in order participate

9. There will only be 12 spots available for this tourney, so act fast.

10. ABSOLUTELY NO HACKS ARE ALLOWED. ANY VIOLATORS WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DISQUALIFIED AND THE OPPONENT WILL MOVE ON O THE NEXT ROUND.

11. Tie breakers might occur, so don’t be pissed if you lose the fourth game.

12. (Big One) You will only have until 12:00am EST Wednesday December 17 to sign up to this tourney, we want it to happen on Saturday, because some of us (including myself) have to get some homework done for the next 3 days. It is now 6pm eastern you have until 12 am eastern. If not enough people sign up until then, we will change the number or rounds and adapt accordingly.

13. The tourney starts friday, december 19

14. if an opponent does not show up, the other person will simply advance to the next round.
